At the moment, I cannot find the FA-002 price on the Frogbeats store, but they're actually more expensive than the FA-003 recalling from an October search result. The Frogbeats store has UK shipping, so the shipping brought the price up substantially against continental USA shipping for most D2000s. I'm actually paying exactly $211.15 for my D2000s

Actually, Frogbeats uses DHL 3 day worldwide for their US shipping, which often can get your things to you in 2 days if you live in a major city.  3 days is about the best you can hope for from USPS without paying a fortune, so shipping from Frogbeats should be at least as quick as most domestic shipping.

Oh, and they don't sell the FA-002; just the -003, -004, -006, and -011.

Frogbeats only has 003, 004 and 006 at the moment as 011 is out of stock.

What are the major differences between Fischer Audio FA-003 and FA-011?

From the people who own(ed) either or both, I heard FA-003 is balanced/neutral whereas FA-011 has a bit more bass and treble with great mids. FA-003 is closed but 011 is not.  003 may be just a little more comfortable than 011. One is not an upgrade of another. FA-003 is technically better, thus the price, but FA-011 is more fun and better suited for movies and games. In music, 003 would be more versatile. It all depends on your preference.

It should be useful for some.

I superimposed the frequency response graph of CAL! onto that of FA-003. The red lines belong to the latter. Source: innerfidelity

I based my purchase decision on the fact that CAL!'s FR is very similar to FA-003's. We'll see how this turns out in a few days.
