I heard the 225s and loved them, and I'm in a situation where I can get a MS1 and a decent dac/amp(E10 maybe?) for a similar price or less.
Which is better? Have only heard the MS1s briefly though, my friend liked them however.
On another note, are they only good for rock/metal? While they sounded excellent with these genres, I also listen to quite a bit of everything else. Are they "specialists" in that regard?
