Looking for an External DAC for desktop, suggestions?

Hey guys,

Been poking around the forums here today and dug up some good information, but I still feel like I have no idea what I'm looking for...

Essentially what I've been using until recently is a pair of Shure SRH440s with a Auzentech X-Fi Forte. Loved the sound, but I've just upgraded to a mATX rig with SLI'd cards, which means that there is no spare PCI-E slots for my Auzen. Which means, I've gotta start looking for a External DAC to replace it.

My budget is between $100-$200 and I need to be able to get it to Australia. From what I can see the FiiO E10 and the E-Mu 0204 look interesting, but I feel the E10 looks like it might not give the Auzen a run for its' money and the E-Mu has problems with latency and ASIO drivers. Everything else I see looks right out of my price range...

Sorry if I'm missing something obvious here but your help would be appreciated :)

Cheers!

A bit more research has yielded the Audinst HUD-mx1 - my mind has been made unless anybody can change it :)

Cheers!
