hi!

today i got my new headphones(Creative SoundBlaster Tactic 3D Alpha)

i can record my voice(via audacity)-> the mic isn't broken or muted, but the software of the headset

don't recognize it:

my system: windows 7 64bit

 

i use the usb thing

 

i quite sure that i installed the correct drivers (from creative.com)

 

please help me
