Howeer I wonder, some say the solution is to buy an external headphone amp and it will solve all "Problems". I wonder if I connect an USB amp like headstage Arrow 12He 4G, will the sound be processed through the yamaha chip or will it be a direct digital stream to the USB port processed by the CPU and the directlyto the headphone amp (where the magic happens).
If the sound is processed through the yamaha chip I am not sure an external headphone can save this, I really want the Galaxy Note as my music player, I have no problem to carry around a headphone amp in my back pocket.. Is there anyway to to let the CPU process the singnal ? I know that for normal PC soundcards that only thing that matters is the A/D converter, but the this Yamaha codec seem very bad..so the question if I can get a good sound with the Headstage Arrow Amp and Beyerdynamics DT1350 headphones, or will it like to polish a turd ?? Let me know of any solutions and what you think...
