Where can I buy a Cavalli CTH or CTH kit?

So I've Googled this and Googled it and poured through the relevant forums here, but I cannot find one of these for sale ANYWHERE.  All I can find are the blueprints and parts list on Cavalli's site, which isn't much help to me.

 

If anyone knows where to purchase one of these pre-built or (preferably) where to purchase a complete kit, please, please, PLEASE let me know.  I'm getting desperate ;)
