Got the Panasonic HTF600s and they are great! Exactly what I was looking foe :)

 

Now where can i get those velour ear pads?

Mmmm but they can be EQ'd to a very nice sound.... Lower the high frequencies a bit and it sounds great...... They are generally regarded are relatively dark headphones but I agree they are a bit bright out of the box.... With an EQ tho they sound awesome
