Budget amp for DT 770 250 ohm

I am looking for the cheapest quality amp that will drive my DT 770 250 ohm headphones. I've spent a lot of time looking into budget amps but I'm not sure which one is the best for these headphones. Since I'm new to this I'm turning to you guys for advice. I'd like to keep the cost at $60 or less. My choices within this budget are the following: Cmoy, Fiio E11, PA2V2, Soundmagic A-10, and there's quite a few no name amps on ebay.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I like the single tube headphone amplifiers sold on eBay, ships from China.

But not really worth the cost and time it to ship back to China for any warranty repairs.

There are like 20 different venders selling these headphone amplifiers on ebay and over 100 listings.

Just search for "tube headphone amplifier"

or "Indeed MK2 MK2 Class A Hybrid tube amplifier 6922" for the one I like the best.

Indeed improved their amps according the customer feedback.

Also you can fine tune the tube's voltage and balance to get the best out of them.

Need a Digital multi-meter (DT830, $7) and a small Philipshead screw driver.

The website Rockgrotto has a section for this type of headphone amplifier.

Best place for info.

Thanks for the info.

What do you think of the Fiio E7 and E11? The headphones will be going from the amp into the computer sound card. While the E7 has a DAC the E11 has a much better amp. I know the E11 can't be used while charging but it's only $65 with two batteries and an external charger.

I have zero experience with Fiio headphone amplifiers, but I never hear anything bad about them.
