hey, guys.

a friend of mine just gave me a stanton str8-80 turntable. it has a straight tonearm with a stanton groovemaster cart on it. for some reason, i've always though that straight tonearm + integrated headshell = not good for records. is this true or not?.

Why is it a bad idea? I used a straight tonearm before, an ET-2 like this one.
