rack CD player with good headphone output

What would be a good classic rack CD player with a good high quality direct headphone output (good DAC etc.)? One that could maybe make a headphone amplifier obsolote? I'd also like to plug both my low Ohm Sennheiser HD 25 and the 600Ohm Beyerdynamic DT880 to it. Does that make sense?

The Marantz CD players have a good headphone out but not good enough to replace a headphone amp. I've never heard of, or experienced a CD phone out that came close to a good amp.
