Opinions on a schematic?

I'm not terribly adept at circuit design.  I can read a schematic, but topology is not my forte.  This is an amp currently offered on eBay.  I'm sure some here have seen it.  I'd like to get some of your thoughts about it.

It looks like a JFET-input power op-amp. :)

Hi, Tangent!  That's what the designer says, too.  Well, I could and should have have been more succinct.  What I'd like to know is if the circuit looks to be well designed.  I recognize parts of it, but I don't know it would perform all told, as in: reliable?  Sound good?  Stable?
