Sony MF600H Speakers

Ohh found out how Dad's speakers are very nice sounding bigsmile_face.gif

 

Is it just the speaker vs headphone difference I am experiencing, or are the speakers actually quite nice? Any has any experience with the Sony's - I know nothing about speakers

I have not heard these Sonys but ya some of their speakers are under rated but those seem decent 3 way floor standers? The SS-B3000 i have heard paired with a NAD amp and for $70ish they are a good buy! Amp synergy also plays a part so what your Dad using to drive those?
