FS: Apple Logic Studio Pro 9 software

I've never sold software before, so I'm hoping another head-fier or moderator will let me know if I'm in the wrong here.  I have uninstalled this software off my iMac and am selling it as "used" software.  If I understand correctly, this is how I am supposed to do it.  I purchased this new from the Apple Store for a home recording project that never took off.  It will come with all discs and documentation.  Price includes shipping CONUS and paypal fees.  Please PM me with interest.

The way I understand how softwares work is that the serial sticks with the computer (serial authorised online) so there is no way to install used serial numbers. Forgive me if I'm wrong. That is why there is no "used" software / computer games.
