This might be a long-shot on head-fi, but I know many of my fellow members are into recording music as well! These mics were purchased for a home recording project that never took off. These mics have an interesting story - a local high school purchased about a dozen of these several years ago and only used a few. A friend of mine in the recording business heard that they were looking to unload a few pair...and they were still in the shrink wrap! I snapped up two unopened mics for my project and took them home. I opened them up, hooked them up to make sure they worked, and put them back in their cases. Thats it. These are as-new, unused mics.
