well title says it all pretty much I am interested in a used m-stage for $200 or have a O2 amp made for me by epiphany acoustics which will come out to about $190 shipped. I own the es10's and q701's as well as the hd595's I'm looking to get a custom IEM later on.

I would recommend the O2, on the following basis:

1) It is cheaper.

2) It measures superlatively.

3) I am actually using it myself to drive the AKG K702s, which it does with ludicrous amounts of ease.

4) It has such a low noise floor you could feasible use it with your IEMs later.

Looking for an amp myself for the desktop PC before I pull the trigger on the Q701s. Looking for something that plays well with the Sr60i, M50, and M80/V80 as well. At the current price assembled, The O2 looks like the breakout leader, and much more budget-friendly than the M-Stage or Asgard.

X2....also looking feedback on the O2/70X pairing.

If early impressions are anything to go by, this amp(O2) will power anything short of the K1000, HE-5LE and HE-6 quite well.

The Force is Strong in the O2!
