New Cowon: Iaudio 10, replaces S9

Since I could not find an earlier post about this player....

I searched some more: comes in 4, 8, 16 and 32 GB, no sd slot. Exactly like the S9 then.

It hasn't been added to the cowon website yet. Not having an sd-card slot would be a deal breaker for me, unless the 32 gb option is very reasonable.

god why cant they make an iaudio player with an SD slot or like 64gig internal. They are like the perfect pmp except the storage space... :(

They are quite expensive :o

I hope their price is justified... Let's wait for our Guinea Pig evil_smiley.gif

199.99 for 32gb. Not that expensive imo.

Well, a combo C2 + 32gb micro sd card is 25% cheaper. I know it's not the same form factor and we don't know how is the UI on this one nor the sound quality but I do not see them as a viable option personnally.

Might as well throw in Sansa Clip+ with 32gb micro.

I got a Sansa Fuse and a Cowon O2, and honestly i prefer the sound of the O2. The sansa is good with stuff like Branwavz M2 but when going with my GR07 i doesn't like the sound at all.

Anyone got these yet? Bout to pull the trigger and grab one but I need to make sure there's tactile buttons for forward/back for pocket change 8)

Wait, so this replaces the S9? I thought the J3 'replaced' that.

Also, does this device support external storage (SD, microSD)?

I'm considering either this or the J3. The J3 is more powerful and has the cool Kizune themes, but I also really like the "color therapy" of the iAudio 10.

Nope, the iAudio 10 is internal storage only apparently. A major dealbreaker for me haha.
