What is the difference between the Fiio E7 and E11?

I want to get an amp but so far I'm slightly confused.

 

For example, What would happen if I decided to use a portable headphone amp with my computer as well.

 

Also if you are explaining this to me using abbreviations, I'd prefer that you write out the full word, because I don't know what most of the abbreviations are and mean. (like DAC) ...?

If you're not sure what something means, you can search for it. Using your DAC example:
