Here's the pinout for the iBasso plug:http://www.ibasso.com/en/products/show.asp?ID=74

 

For the SR-71B right angle plug, it's: Pin #1 = L+; Pin #2 = R+; Pin #3 = L-; Pin #4 = R-.  The pins on the plug are numbered.

It helps to use an ultrafine tip for your soldering iron, that's for certain.  Conical ultra sharp...

Actually. I dont know how to connect the "GRD" signal on ibasso...After i connected Sr71b plug and ibasso plug according to L+ L- R+ R-, I still have the GRD signal left..how am I supposed to connect it?
