HPA labs Cmoy from ebay...any good?

Hey guys, so this is my first post on here. I am looking into buying an amp for my HTF600's and I currently have an E5 but it is terrible. I am looking at either an E11 or this Cmoy. Supposedly it has 7db gain and permanent bass boost...

Anyone have experience with it? Is the E11 worth the extra $20?

I don't know the HPA amp, but I've owned 2 different cMOYs and an E11. The best amp of of the three is the JDS Labs cMOYBB V2.03. It costs a little extra but it really is worth it. Makes the E11 sound dirty/grainy in comparison.

smd cmoy everything is surface mounted so no opamp rolling, but in theory smd opamp would provide better bandwidth also I see caps for bass boast but no switches so the bass boast might be permanently on.

Okay, what I want to know is, will the cmoy put out as much bass and punch as hard as the e11.

 

The HTF600's are 50ohms and the e11 has supposedly 300mw output at 16ohms vs ~200mw of the cmoy. I know in car audio that the speakers are rated ~90Db/W vs headphones at ~100Db/mW. In car audio, the more watts, the more Xmax, and the more accurate and loud. Do these amps work the same way?
