Hello everyone, 

 

Last week my right ear cup stopped working on my HFI-580's. I looked on the ultrasone website but I got nothing... I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction. It's really frustrating to spending $150 on headphones and get no service.

 

I bought them 6/03/2011 at BH in New York City and I have my original receipts.
