I purchased this June 2011 at Audio Consultants (Evanston, IL) after an amazing experience listening to it.
But I admit, it was an impulsive buy and I don't really listen to music on headphones right now. These are such great headphones, it certainly deserves to be used more often.
Everything is included - including box (with original price tag of $495) and document.
