So how far exactly will the e7/e9 combo get me?

At this point in time, I'm toting the HD555, M50 and MS-1. I managed to get the Soundblaster X-Fi HD for a little over $40 and so far, it hasn't done me much wrong. However, come Black Friday, I'd like to drop the cash on the e7/e9 combo. How much leeway will it give me once I decent to start going for more expensive headphones? At this point in time, the option for speakers isn't going to fly.

Also, instead of making a new topic in the portable amp section, I don't have an MP3 and I don't have the plans to get one. Instead, I've been using my BB Bold 9700 for portable listening. How well is the e7 going to fare paired with that?

Don't get the E9 with those headphones. The E9 has a 10 ohm output impedance which will cause problems with all three of them. You want an output impedance at least 1/8th as high as the headphone impedance, preferably less. The E7 will drive all of them perfectly fine, and has a nice low output impedance (I think 0.1 ohm or something).

Does the Blackberry has some sort of line out feature? An unamped signal, as in not the headphone jack?

Actually, I don't believe it does.
