275$ budget for Amp or Amp+DAC for HD650. Any recommendations?

I just bought the HD650 and have a budget of 275$ (on Amazon) for an Amp or an Amp+DAC. I'm really limited here to the 275$ until January, so I guess I should expend all my budget in an Amp, and then the DAC next year. Do you have any suggestions?

In your price range, Fiio E9 or a Gilmore lite (used)
