What happens when the NOS runs out?

I'm thinking of getting a Valhalla, this amp is not designed for tube rolling and is recommended to be used with 6N1P and 6N6P tubes which are NOS from Russia Voskhod. The tubes are stated to last between 3-5k hours which I think gives a tube around 3-4 years of use based on 3 hours use per day.

What happens when all of the NOS runs out, given these tubes are end of line being manufactured in the 80's what's the solution? There must be tubes that disappear over time as stocks run out.

The solution is to get other ones.

There are tonnes of great 6N1P and 6N6P tubes out there, Voskhod's aren't the only NOS tubes of this type.
It might not sound exactly the same, but does that really matter? One of the few advantages of tubes is tube rolling; always using the same tubes will omit this advantage.
