Closed Headphone Recommendations for Me

  1. I'm wanting closed headphones which don't leak allot music since i live with other people
  2. I'm looking for great highs; great mids and an alright amount of bass but not too strong.
  3. I don't mind whether their portable or not.
 
I'm willing to spend about £250 which is about $400 from the 26th of October 2011.

It would help if we knew what kind of sound signature you prefer.
 
Do you like treble, neutrality, or bass?

Denon D2000              Not portable but sound great for every type of music
Ultrasone HFI-780        Portable, isolates well, sounds great with s-logic,

Music signature is more highs and mids but i don't want them to be bass anaemic since i listen to mainly rock.
 
Actually been looking at the Sony Mdr-Z1000, heard some great reviews on them but still not really sure what Closed Headphones I'm choosing. I'll look at the ones you people have recommended

What sources are you plugging the headphones into?
 
I really like the sound from my Beyerdynamic DT-770 Pro 250-Ohm cans (headphone).
But you need to have a headphone amplifier to use them.
