Okay i could scream right now, ordered something from Dell. they do nothing with the order then eventually tracking shows it left the manufacturing facility at 5pm on a friday. yeah right last thing on a friday, my arse it did. anyway thats all the tracking has said ta date. no more info and Dell do they give a poo, do they hell. rang them today and promised they would find out and call me back. no i get an email basically saying " oh well we've asked them to give us an update so if they do we will let you know"
not good enough Dell, they are your delivery company if they have lost the F ing thing then chase them and make them find out. if i am forced to take days of to sit and wait for things that may or may not turn up it will be the last thing i ever buy from you and i can promise ill never again recommend anyone buy anything from you.
