About to pull the plug on this DAC/AMP, thoughts?

I'm about to order the HA-INFO-U2 from ebay, here's the auction:

How good is it and how will it handle of a couple of low-impandance orthos? Also, is there anything better in this price range ? Lastly, Is this seller trustworthy?

After looking at the seller feedback, it seems reliable. IMO.
