westone 2 filter poked

Hi

 

I was cleaning my westone 2 with the wax loop and I accidently poked the filters ( I think,as it says on their website) from both pieces
I can still listen to the earphone but because I know I did something it sounds diffrent/
 
what can I do?

You will have to send them back to Westone it you want filter replacement.

Does the warranty cover it up ? I own them for only two weeksfrown.gif

 Most likely not since it was your fault but still give them a call and ask. A few years ago I sent in a pair of UM2's for filter replacement and they charged me $10.
