Not to clutter up your thread, but what is the point of listing a $2.99 pair of headphones? Is it because they are the best that particular company offers?

The cheaper-end stuff listed on the forum is generally Wal-Mart and computer earbuds, but since they fall under the rules they still count towards the list. I don't know anyone who would buy them for sonics, but that still are included.

I started with mainly audiophile brands, but now I'm digging deeper to try to get every brand out there that sells headphones.

Shure's SRH-940 (and soon to be the open-backed SRH-1840), it's top-of-the-headphone-line product.
