What's the etiquette/rules around here for mentioning deals on ebay?

I was looking through the listings at ebay (US), and found what seemed to be an ok deal for a set of headphones there.  Not a model I'm interested in, so I didn't bid.  They are being sold by an individual, with a price that is about 1/3 the price at Amazon right now, and even his Buy it Now price is less than half.

 

I was going to mention it here on the forum, but realized I don't know if that is allowed, or if it is seen as being somewhat disruptive.

I am not sure of the exact rules, but ebay is rot with fake headphones and announcing deals is frowned upon in general forums.

Ok, this is why I didn't mention specifics and why I hesitated in the first place.  Takes some time on a forum to learn what is allowed and didn't want to step on any toes.
