Matrix m-stage+HRT Music Streamer II or Yulong D100?

Hi, I've been reading a lot trying to decide on a desktop system to use with my laptop in the 450-500USD range and finally came up with these two options:

a separate DAC + amp system, the matrix m-stage + HRT music streamer II, both very well regarded, seeming good options for the price. Would like to know if they would pair well!

or

a DAC/amp combo solution, like the Yulong D100, wich has some very good reviews around here as well

I don't know if anyone here had the chance to compare these options, the total price is very similar (nearly 500 USD). Would be using mainly a HD595, but planning to upgrade later to the HD650, oh and I prefer a more balanced sound on my source (let the phones do their thing).

Any other options are appreciated!

MSII -> M-Stage -> HD 650 sounds good as long as you don't want an excessive amount of treble.

The M-Stage is darker than the MSII is bright resulting in a slightly "warm" sound if you will.

^That sounds too audiophile-y but oh well. Anyway I'm enjoying it as I type. :)
