Bose AE2 not comfortable enough for me!

Headband is too thin and there's no memory foam there. I get tense jawmuscles and my ears feel trapped.

My Sennheiser HD 202's were alot more comfortable. I'm thinking about getting the HD 650's for an upgrade of both sound and comfort? How comfortable are they compared to the AE2's and HD 202's?

They're renowned for being 'clampy' on the head.

If comfort is absolutely paramount look into a AKG Quincy Jones Q701 + suitable amplifier to power it.

I guess this is the only thing that is really worth asking about the HD 650's since I'm going to try them out next week. But I won't be able to stand there long enough to find out if there's any discomfort after a while...

My AKG K-701 used to give me a headache even after 2 years of "softening the headband". And the right wire is glitching now so I can't use them anyway. :(

Anyone here who has tried both the AE2's and the HD 650's (for many hours) and would say that the HD 650's are the most comfortable?
