Trouble shooting help: The right channel in my Millett Hybrid Maxed died

Today I went to turn on my Millett and the right channel was out. I did all the "idiot tests" (cable, tube swapping) and then opened it up. I only know how to measure a few things: The tube bias and the bias for the BJTs. The left channel reads normally. The right channel tube bias reads .4 or there about. (both tubes do light up) The right channel BJT buffet reads zero. I don't know where to go from here. I have a DMM and can touch stuff if some could tell me where to look. Very sad. I love this amp. I build tube cages for it. Imported three kinds of knobs and today I turn it on and .... zowie. Can someone help and old farsighted DIY wannbe trouble shooting my amp? I don't even know if you can test resistors and all that individually. I couldnt figure it out.

Help? Can I offer to pay someone a few dollars to check it out for me?
