hello ,

i have nice offer to buy the m-audio audiophile 192 but without the breakout cable

 

the problem is that i can't find it anywhere for sell - except from the site , which it costs there 20$ and without shipping outside USA.

 

do you have any idea where else can i find this for sale? or what is the professional name for this cable so i can search it properly?
