hi, a newbie into audio and would like to seek advice and recommendations on what is the best amp to buy sub300 for iems. iam using the um merlin and westone 4 universals. not really sure what is the best portable rig to get the best sound outta my ipod classic and macbook pro. portability will be an issue to consider and hopefully it will do good when connected to my mac too. thnks in advance for the help. music genre: acoustic, hip-hop, electronic and r&b.

Picking up a used RSA tomahawk, Hornet, P51, or pico would be ideal in my opinion.
