At the moment I am running with a Xonar Essence ST soundcard and AD700 headphones. I am enjoying the sound very much, but I really need speakers added to my setup for when I don't want to be wearing headphones or have guests over. If anyone had a recommendation for speakers that would work well with the Xonar ST I would really appreciate it. I am not really knowledgeable about computer speakers so I am not really sure if I would need a subwoofer in addition to speakers and whatnot. My total budget is 200$. As far as size goes, I would like these to be sitting atop my computer desk so nothing too large if it can be avoided, but there is a good amount of room available.
