I'm selling my 8400s.  They are truly a great pair of headphones, but I like my FA-003s just a bit more, and I'm looking to finance a different pair.  They come with the box, manual, volume control, 1/4" adapter, and bag.  I modified the headband so that it's now a lot more comfortable (fabric pouch filled with synthetic down).  I'm asking $100 shipped to CONUS/more international.
