iBasso D6 Fer-de Lance for 600 ohm headphone? Beyerdynamic DT880 or DT990

Hi, I was thinking about getting a pair of Beyerdynamic DT880 or DT990 in 600 ohm.  One very important question I have is that whether iBasso D6 will be able to fully drive these headphones. 

 

If I was to use iBasso D6 which headphones would you recommend?  also I haven't bought the amp yet so if you have any recommendations for a portable DAC headphone amp for under $300 please let me know.

While I don't own the DT990, I do have a DT880 600 ohm Dragon V1 (a custom offering from Moon Audio).   My D6 drives them with authority to a level above what I would ever want to listen to.   I am using a Topkit with the optional ISL55002 and bypassed buffers as my opamp configuration.   With this combination, a normal listening level for me is about 12-1 pm on the D6 volume control.
