Thunderpants $425? Better?

Hi, I was looking to spend about $425 max for a headphone and I recently found a thunderpants in the for sale board for exactly this price. Would it be the best sounding headphone I could get using this setup? Or could I get something better for the money? 

 

Equipment: little dot mk 2 ---> udac2 ---> pc

you're asking a tough question because you have to know someone who has had all three pieces of this proposed setup

 

but IMO, drop the uDac out of the equation

 

It's average at best.  Maybe spend less on headphones and spend more on DAC/Amp (I like Little Dot products, you might get away with that amp).
