Subbed More LCD-3 impressions please.  

On the contrary, across all the threads - there's too many btw - I'd say it's about 50/50 between "they're a great improvement" and "meh, not worth it".

Guess that leaves us no wiser than before! But there are one or two impressions with a bit of detail as well (e.g. Jalo's LCD3-impressions thread), which is more helpful...

There are conflicting data about the LCD3,  One head-fier commented that  " not worth it"

Jalo said that it is significantly better than the rev 1 rev2   and the difference is much more than

the difference between HD800 vs HE90 (I don't buy that).  The sound is less bright that SR009

(everybody knows that)

So we need our judgement which one to believe and it is also dependent on our setup. So I withdrew

my preorder immediately when the first one said that there will be another version coming out in a year.

I also would like to know LCD3 performance vs LCD2 with fully balanced BA which my gut tells me

that it is very little ( this is pure feeling, may be some bias too) so it cannot make me spend almost 2000$

for this.

Saying that you'll have another flagship in a year is how Osborne computers died. Not a good move.

It's also like saying, we're releasing a half baked lcd 3 in time for the holidays but really, we already planned its obsolence. Looks like this has already placed a stopper on a couple of preordering customers.

Maybe they're creating a tiered line- sort of like Westone 1, Westone 2, etc. with each successive model using more expensive materials and technology, that just happen to land at perfectly spaced monetary increments.    The question is:  Will they go in multiples (LCD-4 = $3000.) or exponential (LCD-4 = $4000.)?

Besides, If the new flagship shows up within a year, you will have a collectors item, because all the other dudes will hold off buying until the newflagship arrives.

Think of this as the ortho version of the Stax SR=OMEGA....!!!!!!!!!

Any prices known so far on the Woo DAC / CD Transport?

And if anyone could get a closer picture at the detailed sheet next to it, it would lovely :-)

Anywhere to find info, prices, and impressions on the reality 1 audeze speaker or other audeze speaker?

No signs of the new HeadAmp combo DAC/Amp unit? That's probably one of the things I most look forward to.

I wish I'm there at the meet.  However, meet impressions are often inaccurate.  I'm sure many Audeze owners will report back on their findings after more listening sessions.  I'm curious on what the SR009+BHSE sounds like.
