Found it, the return policy (not warranty). Thanks to all who replied.

I have also contacted Audeze. Their return policy is actually 15% restocking fees within 30 days. It is misleading from their term and condition on their website. This means they don't even consider the condition of the return items even if you return it in less than 30 days.

Here are some other thoughts:

I can't quite imagine not liking the LCD3f.  I think just about any amp will drive it.  If you go through a dealer you may be able to get a better price.  I'd recommend buying new, or guaranteed used, I've had to return mine twice when the left channel cut out.

Some other things to consider:  a cable upgrade can make a big difference in SQ.  When I got the Silver Dragon V3 on my LCD3f, it was like being in a different universe.  Burn-in time, (50 hours minimum), helps a lot.

I'm sure all this is covered earlier in the thread.  So this is just my 2 cents worth . . .

Is it normal for the LCD-3 to push into the foam? I was getting kinda paranoid about perhaps not having shoved them down deep enough...

On my LC2 rev 2 case there are very visible indentation marks (it's flat unlike the LCD-3 foam cover).

The foam on the peli box?

My x's are very snug.
