Amp for Sennheiser IE8 with walkman a845

Hi there,

 

I;m looking for an amp that brings out the subbass a bit more and which gives the treble a boos on my IE8.

I'm using my ie8 in combination with a sony walkman a845. My budget is €0-180. It would be nice if the amp is available in the netherlands. I already looked in to the fiio e10 but a lot people say it sounds warm and I want an amp which gives my IE8 some more clarity and subbass.. It also would be nice if the amp can be used as an external sound card for my pc (just like the e10), but this is not necessary..
