Problem with new Zero Dac

Hi Guys,

Yesterday I received a Zero Dac from China. I connected it up last night and both the cd and pc (via usb) were working correctly. In fact I was blown away with the sound improvement. However tonight I wanted to listen to music files on my pc but there was no sound output. I made sure that the Zero was displaying the green light to show that it was on the usb channel. I have tried other usb sockets and although the pc recognises the Zero I still get no sound! Has anyone any idea?

Hi, 

 

Check the settings under control panel --> sound for the device, try rebooting your pc with the Zero plugged in - maybe some sort of usb cache going on there. If you use asio4all then check the settings there.
