What's the best setup necessary for internet radio/podcasts?

I work on a computer all day, and I listen to a lot of podcasts and internet radio. What's the best setup I could have for this nasty of a source source? Currently I use my Grado SR125s straight into the 3.5mm jack.

In other words, can the sound get any better with different equipment on the same source, or should I just stick with what I have?

You could try a extenal dac/amp , like the fiio e10 , you should get cleaner sound at least because the sound is no longer processed in a noisey pc case and the amp probley has more power so might drive your headphones better.
