PRO900 Broken Driver

Hi All,

I purchased a pair of PRO900 headphones earlier this year.  They have been great, and I use them every day at work.  Just two weeks ago, I had the left driver go out on me.  I have no clue as to why this would happen.  I put them down for a little while, then I came back and the left channel was dead.  Inspection with an LCR meter reveals that the left driver is pretty much open circuit.  The right driver reads around 130Ω, and the left channel reads over 100kΩ.  Obviously, this is no good.  I *know* it's the driver, and not a faulty cable.  I'd love to get these fixed so I can go back to enjoying music at work.

Does anyone know who to contact and where to send these for warranty service (in the US)?  I tried e-mailing the people at Ultrasone and got nowhere.  I'm sure this was probably printed on some card that came with the headphones, but for the life of me I can't find all documentation that came with the headphones.

There isn't a warranty card, and the number on the website is a German number. The lack of service really bothers me with Ultrasone. I'm n a similar situation right now and for the life of me I can't figure out what to do.

I called the number on that page and got an RMA number.
