How do I contact Head Direct?

I ordered a Fiio e6, but realized when I got the confirmation email that I put in the wrong state code and it cut off a letter of my address(even though it was there when I submitted it). I canceled it only to find out it shipped....

 

I tried calling, but no matter when I call, I get an automated message.
