Stumbled upon this a few minutes ago.

I tried it, and it' not bad to my inexperienced ear. I am using a pair of SRH440s straight into an iPad, though. Been meaning to get an amp, but for the time being, this might do.

And to anyone who has them, is this any better than the other eq apps for iOS?

Gave all this up when the ZO was released. Roll on November.

equalizer app is the reigning champion in the eq app department.

I'm pleasantly surprised. With this thing I actually managed to listen to music for more than one minute on my itouch, a new record for me :)

I'm a little curious about the battery life hit with this app, I'm guessing most of the audio processing is happening on the CPU instead of the DAC chip. I doubt I'll be throwing away my J3 in favor of this thing any time soon, but it's curious to play with it.

I found it colors music way too much for my taste, the eq isn't as good as equalizer, and equ, and it also makes the bass boomy. It's a nice concept though. For the average consumer, it's a nice app. But for people like many headfiers here well.......

Yeah, I've not tried eQu or equalizer yet... but i thought for what it was with the advanced EQ settings it gave my 440s a nice bass bump...

But yeah, ive got to try those.
