Hey Guys
Now am in college, first year, or sophomore year as some of u call it (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), and i am broke.
all the money i get, for the month, i get from my dad, and thats like 62USD per month.
no surprise, almost all is spent on everything i do here, a girlfriend, food, friends, joining various college clubs, and everything.
Am able to save none at all, compared to the 50% i had expected before starting here.
Let me be clear on the reasons, i want to save for a pair of Audio Technica CK10s, or UE TF10s and then getting them reshelled (Oh yeah, thanks Head Fi).
and its my 4th month here and i havent saved money worth anything at all. so what i actually plan o do is as follows:
i) Repair Headphones and Earphones
ii) Headphone and Earphone Consultancy (I'd even locate the sources of purchase)
iii) Build Headphone Amplifiers
iv) Repair laptops (mostly software)
v) Jailbreaking iPods and iPhones
vi) Rooting and Modding android phones
The advertisement would be posted in every Hostel's Notice Board of my college.
And then, i am thinking of actually putting up a website on the internet, where i build the headphone amps, alot of them, like the Pimeta V2, Pimeta V1, Cmoy, Cmoy2, CmoyBB and others.
Now, i'd also provide various customizations, as the selection of the Hammond Enclosures into which i put the amps, presence of Bass boost and Crossfeed etc. Because it can be a bit of a problem, i think i would sell them as "Used" category.
But what all do i have to do, to be able to achieve the above plans? the first one is fairly simple, but what about the second one? a website, dedicated to DIY amps, where the customer can decide on the customizations. What all would i need to do the second one?
And how practical are my ideas here? Please note, if the website is ever opened, i'll be providing domestic shipping only.
Regards
Edit: To be more clear, i am good at soldering, own a solder, a multimeter wouldn't cost much here, plus have built 2-3 Mini^3 for my friends and myself, 4-5 Cmoys for my brother and others and can totally repair headphones with no driver Damage.
