Current Starving student millet hybrid schematic?

I was wondering if it is still possible to build this amp and if so, what tubes to use, and what schematic? I know the PCB for this amp is hard to come by as well as the tubes that were in the original design. The hybrid minimax looks too complicated for me, since I am a beginner. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

you can use different tube(if you want to) example 12au7
