Asus xonar U3. any one got this ? Help me config ( using with headphone)

hi all. i'm using AD700 and i've heard from some guys in full-size box that it will be better if combine with a dolby soundcard.. so i buy this Asus xonar U3. this is its software's interface  :

i've try to config it but still found nothing better. does any one use this or got others kind of xonar can help me config it more better. especially for movie ? ( or this is a kind of fail product) .
